Day 9 - 26 June 2013
AAH! I totally forgot to post last night. And no one texted to remind me!
That's ok. I did work out yesterday. In fact. I worked out big.
You know - I've never made it to month 2 of Insanity, and now I know why. Yesterday I did the Maximum Interval Circuit.
60 minutes of disgusting, body-destroying, sweat-inducing, calorie-shredding work-out. I thought I was going to die. I think I might have.
I ate healthy all day long, although I ended up eating 1295 calories and my goal was under 1200. That's ok, MyFitnessPal says under 1600, so I'm still at that.
This was dinner -
Succulent pulled pork on top of spinach and covered with dry cole-slaw mix topped with a rootbeer vinegar bbq sauce. Yummm.
