Day 8 - 25 June 2013
8 days and counting! That means 67 left until the big race.Today was a run day. I ran 3.5 miles at just over a 9.5 min/mile pace. The first 2 mile I ran a 9 min/mile flat, but then my energy died. I'm still too fat for that.
Today was a good day for the diet too. Total caloric intake was under 1200 and I burned off over half of that with exercise. Since my daily recommended is 1600 per day, 600 or less isn't bad. I got plenty of calories in my gut area that can be used to supplement.
Dinner was delicious. A whole sweet potato with Greek Yogurt, beans, broccoli, and a tiny bit of cheese on top.
And then Minnie got a silly idea.
AAAH! -- hehehe
She thought it would be funny to scare dad.
