DAY 2 - 19 June 2013

I kept up with it for more than one day! Yay!

To train for the half marathon, I'm running Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, with Cross Training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Sundays are the day of rest.

For CT today I looked up my old buddy Shawn-T!
We did a nice 45 minute Plyometric Cardio workout that kicked my booty. It was good, though. Nice stretching, high intensity, with short rest cycles. BTW, check out that chick in the photo. I think she could dunk!

So tomorrow, back to the run. 3 to 3.5 miles tomorrow, CT on Friday, and 5 miles on Saturday. The goal is to work up an extra mile each Saturday until I reach 12 miles a week before the race.
