Day 5 - 23 June 2013

Today was exhausting. I ran my 5 miles, even carrying Cameron for 3/4 of a mile. It wore me out. I also decided to run at 10am, when it was already nearly 80 degrees outside. Needless to say, I was soaked when I was done.

Danica suggested that I start posting what I am eating, in addition to my workouts. Breakfast was water (since I didn't run until 10am). I know that isn't healthy, but I don't plan on making it a normal thing.

This was lunch -
That's flounder with Mrs. Dash over a pile of delicious spinach. It was extremely delicious. I cooked the flounder with about 1 tsp of EVOO.

This was dinner -
A bed of iceberg lettuce and spinach with broccoli and mushrooms. Baked chicken on top. 

I also found an awesome site today when searching for fitness apps on my phone. It is called MyFitnessPal. I can log all of my activity and my caloric intake and it helps me set goals. It even has an app that track my run time, speed, and distance. Here is my daily report.

Yeah, so 655 calories in, 997 out. I call that a good day!
